In my last post, I introduced the Fixed and the Growth Mindset.

Today, I would like to lead you a step further and open another door of knowledge. With the knowledge you learn, I hope you will use it to become a person who thrives for a better world.

The Benefit Mindset reminds me of living the faith's "Three Good Things“ ethos:

"Good thoughts, good words, good deeds."


A significant difference between the Growth and Benefit Mindset is the way of thinking about our purpose "the why" - we live. How can we contribute to a meaningful future of greater possibility?

How often have you asked yourself - what is the purpose of my life?


My answer: The purpose of our life is - the purpose we add to our life.

The surprising part is: all things we can contribute to a better life for ourselves and others - are for free!

  • Gratitude

  • Compassion

  • (Self-) Love

  • Mindfulness

  • (Self-) Care
